  1. What is the ordering process? Click on the "build your own" button beneath any ticket types and you will then be given an opportunity to change any of the wording that is currently on the ticket you chose. After modifying the wording & choosing the color of your ticket click the "view proof" button to see a larger photo for review at this point indicate the quantity of tickets you would like to order and click on the "add to cart" button. If changes are needed simply click on the "edit button" beside the "add to cart" button.
  2. What size are the tickets? The ticket dimensions are approx. 5 1/2" in width and 2" in height.
  3. How much do the tickets cost? The cost is $1.29 each with quantity discounts available.
  4. Are envelopes included with my order? Yes, your choice of envelopes are included with your order at no additional charge.
  5. What are the size of the envelopes?
    Ticket envelopes are 4 3/8" X 5 3/4" (Std A-2).
    RSVP/Return Stub envelopes are 3 5/8" X 5 1/8".
    Place Card envelopes are 8 3/4" X 5 3/4" (Std A-9).
  6. What methods of payment does Special Event Ticketing accept? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
  7. Can I change the wording on the ticket from what is shown? Yes, simple erase what is already on the form and type the wording you would like.
  8. Can I change the font on the ticket? No, the font cannot be changed.
  9. Can I have the tickets printed in a different language? No, the tickets are only printed in English.
  10. Does Special Event Ticketing have a catalog? Not at this time.
  11. Is the contact information that I provide Special Event Ticketing confidential? Yes, Special Event Ticketing will not share any information with anyone at anytime.
  12. How long has Special Event Ticketing been in business? Special Event Ticketing began in 1997 but went online in 2004.
  13. What is Special Event Ticketing's return policy? Special Event Ticketing guarantee's customer satisfaction or your money back. If you are not completely satisfied with your order simply return your entire order for a full refund.
  14. What colors are the tickets available in? The ticket colors available are red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange silver, light blue and pink.
  15. How much does it cost to ship my order? For continental USA orders, we offer UPS Ground shipping for $8.50. We also offer UPS 3 Day Select for $13.50 and UPS Next Day Air Saver for $25.50. International shipping varies.

  17. Does Special Event Ticketing ship orders outside the USA? Yes, we ship outside the USA by utilizing the most appropriate method of UPS shipment and is calculated at the time of purchase.
  18. Will Special Event Ticketing print tickets for actual paid events such as concerts and professional sports events? These events are usually produced by large production agencies that have already contracted their ticket printing services. Therefore this would be illegal and tickets would not be printed.
  19. Will Special Event Ticketing print tickets for entertainment production companies? Yes we will, but the production company must contact us directly via e-mail at orders@specialeventticketing.com or by phone at (314) 787-8107.
  20. How do I track my order? Click here & login to your account to view your ticket proof, current status of your order and the tracking number for your shipping details. You will also be sent an e-mail when your order is printed from both SET and UPS's Quantum View Notify service with the tracking number of your order.
  21. How do I utilize the bottom center of the ticket for something other than the section, row & seat style ticket? After clicking on the build your own button the ticket style order form will appear. In the bottom center area of the ticket displayed there are tabs for you to choose the style bottom center you desire. Then just choose the style you wish and type the text you need.
  22. Why should I create a login? When you create a login you will be able to track & view details of your current order along with see the ticket proof. In addition to this if you ever needed to re-order this can be simplified by doing so after login.
  23. How long does it take to ship my order? All orders ship no later than the following business day. You also will be sent an e-mail from both SET and UPS's Quantum View Notify service with the tracking number of your order.
